For who am I developing?

It's interesting to notice that sometimes, due all the deadlines and pressure to release a solution, we start to forget for whom we are developing, and start to develop for ourselves, I mean, developing around our own technical limitations in detriment of some important user experience elements, avoiding to push the things forward. Although this is something inevitable in some occasions, we need to take care to do not always choose the easy way everytime problems appear on our way, and this start to become a development culture inside the company. So it's very, important do not forget for whom we are developing. And choosing by easy development in detriment of UX, need to stay on the field of exceptions, not the rule. Obviously, if you can accomplish both, it's better :)
